Genug is a simple tracking app for iPhone. Once a day it goes through seven everyday things and lets people tap the ones that were fine: sleep, movement, food, stillness, water, self-care and connection. A day does not have to be complete, and most are not.
Long, the App Store description
Genug is a simple tracking app for iPhone. You go through seven things in your everyday life and tap the ones that were fine today: sleep, movement, food, stillness, water, self-care and connection.
Not every day has to be complete. Most of them won't be. The week view shows you what had room in the past days and what may have come up short. In progress you see what has added up over a longer stretch of time.
Genug doesn't judge you. There are no streaks, points or percentages. Nothing is reset, nothing is counted against you, and the list never gets longer.

Developer

Genug came out of a personal need. There are stretches where the simplest things fall away: sleep, food, going outside, staying in touch. I wanted a daily look that does not judge, but shows what has had little room lately. Sometimes that is enough to notice: right, I haven't seen anyone in a while.

Built by Julian Furchert in Bocholt, Germany. Design, code and text from one person, both languages written rather than translated.
