One day.
Seven things.
See what was there today.
Genug is a simple tracking app for iPhone. You go through seven things in your everyday life and tap the ones that were fine today: sleep, movement, food, stillness, water, self-care and connection.
Not every day has to be complete. Most of them won't be. The week view shows you what had room in the past days and what may have come up short. In progress you see what has added up over a longer stretch of time.
No streaks, no points, no percentages. Your entries stay private on your device and can sync between your devices over iCloud.

Common questions and short answers
What does Genug cost?
Nothing. Genug will be free on the App Store. No subscription, no ads, no in-app purchases.
Do I need an account?
No. Genug works without registration and without signing in. You download the app and start.
Where is my data stored?
On your iPhone. If you use iCloud, entries also sync between your devices through your own private iCloud. There are no servers of ours and no tracking.
Can I fill in entries later?
No. You only ever enter today. A missed day stays empty, and nothing follows from that: there are no streaks to break and nothing to catch up on.
Can I change the seven things?
No. The seven are fixed: sleep, movement, food, stillness, water, self-care and connection. There is nothing to set up before you can start.
Are there streaks, points or scores?
No. Genug keeps no streaks, gives no points and shows no percentages. You only see on how many days you checked in and how often each of the seven was confirmed.
